600 rotors design
The machine can be up to 600 rotors with rotor speed 120000rpm which can realize higher productivity. Less single rotor power consumption, higher speed, less labor can achieve more profit. For example, 600rotors, Ne21, daily capacity 2160kgs

Double side separate driving
Double side separate driving, double transport yarn convey, double side separate start & stop, which can realize one machine can make two different yarns
Yarn ends retain function

Closed loop control system

Double exhaust impurities design
JWF1618, if above 300 rotors, adopts double exhaust impurities design at headstock and tail of machine. The special design branch pipes can reduce the vacuum loss and increase the yarn quality. For example, 500 rotors machine pressure difference is only 200-300Pa. This design can save around 5% energy compared with former models
Double side electrical yarn move
The electrical yarn move can reduce the cots wearing. The cots are PU material which service life is 5 times than rubber cots.
Mature and stable spin box
Optimize the feeding and opening area and sliver fed by the step motor control, and the rotor speed can be up to 120000rpm. More raw materials are available, especially for the lower quality fiber
Optimized piecing system(PIDSPIN)
Single motor sliver feeding can protect the pieced fiber no damage. The semi-automated piecing technology PIDSPIN designed by PID can adjust the sliver feeding quantity to make sure the yarn piecing area is same in quality and appearance.
The piecing principle is based on each step digital accurate control. The worker shall prepare the proper yarn end and put it into the take-up pipe, and it would start automatically after spin box closed. The operation is easier and less fault. The worker can leave earlier than before and solve the other unit.
Perfect Winding quality(PIDWIND)
The new advanced neural network learning algorithm process with PIDWIND winding technology offer better cone quality, especially in size, unwinding performance, evenness etc. The quality cone can supply supplier bigger market.
Loop compensator immediately stores the delivery surplus of yarn at the moment of piecing, which ensures excellent winding quality and better unwinding. The piecing yarn strength is above 70%.
Indicator lights
Indicator lights including 3 color light, section light and yarn detector light can help operator check running condition for each spindle, section and machine from a long distance.
