The advanced fuzzy control algorithm process with PIDSPIN piecing technology offers high quality and effective piecing quality even in 12000r/min rotor speed. PIDSPIN piecing reduces operating time and energy consumption with high operator efficiency.
The new advanced neural network learning algorithm process with PIDWIND winding technology offer better cone quality, especially in size, unwinding performance, evenness etc. The quality cone can supply supplier bigger market.
Loop compensator immediately stores the delivery surplus of yarn at the moment of piecing, which ensures excellent winding quality and better unwinding.
Higher Working Efficiency
The unique Efficient Spinning-In process (for short PIDEFFSI) with PIDSPIN offered by 1618E optimizes the start-up of a complete machine with minimin operating time and energy consumption, which the whole process is less than 10 minutes.
Indicator lights including 3 color light, section light and yarn detector light can help operator check running condition for each spindle, section and machine from a long distance.
Easier operating machine height reduce operator working intensity.
